Is there any artwork that might best depict what an ancient san’shyuum looked like? All that I know is that according to the Didact, they were supposedly a very attractive species, which would be a far cry from their current form.

I wish there was some official artwork to that. I am curious about how they can look “strong and beautiful” according to many during that era.

No there isn’t any official artwork. But there is plenty of fan art/ fan concept sketches out there. Honestly, stuff like this typically is left up to the community when it comes to visualizing.
