Dear 343,
Please for the love of all that is good… if you implement a battle Royale into Halo: Infinite. DO NOT MAKE ARMOR A PICKUP! The knowledge that I can recover and have an opportunity to outplay an opponent who got the jump on me is one of the only reasons I, and many of us, love Halo! Furthermore, it would be a twist on the typical “resource management” required of other BR’s. I am excited to play the new Halo and look forward to exciting new multi-player experiences!
Halo Infinite willnot have Battle Royale. This has been known for a couple years now.
A whole bunch of “leaks” and rumours are consistently popping up from companies and individuals trying to get attention off the hype from the game, to the point where 343 released a statement saying to check your sources.
As a side note can we make less threads with the title “An open letter to 343”? They consistently have no discussion and seem to forget that this is a forum, not a Direct Message system to 343.
If there was an easier way to contact 343 Industries there would likely be much less of this “open letter” nonsense. I know it’s been stated that there will not be a battle Royale in the upcoming title, however it’s easy to see how you could quickly warp the warzone playlist to fit the Royale scheme.
I’m not endorsing that there will or won’t be a battle royale in Infinite. Simply that if there is I would like to see a truly Halo oriented experience that captures, what I believe to be, what separates the multi-player game play from other titles.
There are no plans for any Battle Royale games or modes for Halo Infinite, none are currently in development
