I have a somewhat unique problem on my hands. I attended the Halo 5 Launch event at Westfield Century City, and while I was there, I won a gift card through an RNG-Based contest, input using my badge number from the event. I attempted to redeem the code for the gift card earlier, and was greeted with a message stating the code was not active. I went through Microsoft support twice, and even attempted to call the location in Century City, which redirected me to the general Microsoft support line. In my last contact with Support, they stated that I would need to contact 343i, stating that a proof of certificate is needed to resolve the issue.
I do realize that this may not be the proper place to post this, but there’s no direct email address or form that can be forwarded directly to the powers that may be at 343.
