So I came up with this idea today and hope you guys like this idea. This idea has to do with Firefight, and something I think would satisfy many people. In Firefight there would be 2 gametypes, the ODST like survival styled Firefight (wouldn’t have Loadouts) and the Reach action based styled Firefight (would have Loadouts). With any type you could choose 1 of 4 different game modes. The modes would be for each individual type of enemies 1 mode would be splinter Covenant, another would be Prometheans, another mode would be for the Flood (if they return). Then I came up with a 4th mode which I called Escalation which would let’s say starts up with splinter Covenant, then after you take down the Covenant the Flood would come in and begin battling you (which includes taking over the bodies of the Covenant you killed), then Prometheans would arrive and the enemies would vary, you wouldn’t know which enemy type would come. So you could play Firefight like this:
survival Covenant
survival Prometheans
survival Flood
survival Escalation
action Covenant
action Prometheans
action Flood
action Escalation
I hope you people like this idea and think this would pretty cool.
