Hey guys I made this video to show you guys what weapon colors and patterns could be like. Just a little idea I had. Let me know what you think whether you like or hate the idea or whatever.
Cool…I hope they have something like this. If not weapon skins at least a lot more customization for your Spartan. I liked the basic stripes on the Spartans we saw during the BTS video. I hope they really open that up to us with greater variety of course.
This is my favorite of the weapons skins you posted. It has a Sci-fi flair to it.

Some of them are a little extreme but like I said in the OP video they are just basic demonstration of what patterns could be like. If anyone has any suggestions of certain things they would like to see. If I get time I’ll try to create a video reguarding that subject. I’ve had a few people ask me to do weathered and damaged effect patterns. I may or may not create a video based on that one day. I really want to get a video out about armor detructability. Much like MKs gore but a ton less gory.

I don’t think I’d pay to have more customization. It’d have to be something really spectacular even then I doubt I’d pay. (I will if it is something special in the legendary edition but not piecemeal)
I think this is actually a good idea so long as they don’t overdo it.
ya know so long as its not too CoD like.

I really like your video, it’s nice to actually see for real what weapon skins on the Halo 4 BR would like like without having to picture them in my head.
As for my preference on the actual skins, I liked most of them. I know you are giving a very broad range which is good but if we are talking about Halo then there are a few I would hate to see, no offence.
The urban digital looks very nice.

It’s not a bad idea , and like I commented in your vid , it could subtract to some of the experience for some hardcore fans or it could add a new experience to some of the newer community and give the game more playability.
I don’t really mind about weapon customization , but it’s a neat idea none the less :).
I like this idea. :] Some different weapon skins would be nice. If armor and vehicles can have skins, why not weapons?
I like all of this. I hope there is over 300 different skins you can unlock and over 50 different visor colors you can unlock. same thing with armor pieces. you see a guy coming towards you with big shoulders and stuff and your like “OMG, only level 40’s have those big of shoulders”
