I find this the most frustrating Halo. And I really hate saying that, I try to sit here and the play the game and I try to cope and say I’m just getting old. But it doesn’t feel right you know what I mean?
I’m on the opposite side of nearly everyone here. Is the game perfect? Absolutely not. Do I have over 2500 matches because its fun as hell? Yes. Ranked is the worst because you have to play a random match of Slayer, OB, CTF, LG ect… and people suck. Other than not being ablento play matches you can fine good partners by 1. Having a mic 2. Using the Halo club or something like Discord to look for competent players. I have a blast playing the other modes like big team and land grab with my buddies. I even find myself in huge custom matches regularly with strangers. My favorites are Escalation and Kong
campaign was great. A lot of people don’t like it because the asethetics were samey though. It’s a valid concern. But frankly, if you like story, you’ll probably like it.
