In a way, we are much better off not getting any information because we are just gonna hate.
Everyone who saw new information on a halo game were amazed by what bungie had done.
Now, it’s just moan moan moan all of the time! I think there was a reason why 343 don’t want to release information in the first place since they knew that we would endlessly whine about change.
But change is important in halo 4 since the idea of gaming is evolving and 343 want this game to be advanced compared to everything else in the gaming market (that is what halo is known to be good at). But then again, Halo 4 should still have a balance of content from 1,2,3,odst and reach.
Personally, soundtrack is my most important concern. Halo should have this new vibe and experience but a lot of people want that halo theme in there!
Pro-tips:
DO NOT cancel your pre-orders over a bit of information about the multiplayer.
DO NOT compare this game to COD (the video explains why, 1:40 in).
Only made a judgement on halo 4 once you have bought it since you can still sell it afterwards.
See what 343i explain in details themselves before commenting on it since gaming magazines and media (ie. game informer) are good at miss-interoperating new information.
Keep calm, only judge what YOU experience, and have a nice day!

there is my problem with that… In game informer they mentioned call of duty multiple times when talking about halo 4… SO how can we not compare the game to COD when 343 is trying to make halo 4 like call of duty?
> Everyone who saw new information on a halo game were amazed by what bungie had done.
This is before Bungie started changing the game into Call of Duty with random elements affecting gameplay when they shouldn’t. Of course I’m angry with 343i; they took a promising game and made it progression-based, leaving those who might actually have skill in the dust compared to those who play every day for five hours.
First, their argument was skilled players have an advantage because, well, they are skilled. Now, they decided to help those who are terrible by allowing them the option of earning something without actually earning it. This is no different than the random ranks in Halo Reach…play and you shall receive…compared to Halo 3’s system of “win and you will be rewarded.”

Everyone was anticipated with every halo game made by bungie.
343 will still add a form of skill ranking so I should not worry.
Every halo game had ups and downs. Reach still had quite a few ups though.

That’s game informer. Any gaming media is deform the information given to them. Wait until 343 explain themselves into the technical details before making a judgement of halo 4 being like cod. Also, watch the video to see why Halo shouldn’t be compared like that. (1:40 in)

I just hate it when people judge this game way too quickly. I actually hear “SAW NEW MULTIPLAYER INFO 5 SECONDS AGO, GONNA CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER NOW, HATE YOU FOREVER 343, I DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU EVER AGAIN, WHAAAA” and it sickens me to see someone tell the world their short term emotions and sceptical views before thinking about it more than once or twice.

^^ you said the information wasn’t from 343i…
but the information in game informer is actually from 343i themselves… game informer wouldn’t publish an article based off of specualtion dude

Yes, it is what they said. it just wasn’t presented or revealed in the right way.
343 has said that GI did infact present a lot of information in an inappropriate way or context. I don’t trust ANY media, especially the jaded gaming media, they are the ones who really cater and pander to one group or another, the gaming media has more agenda’s than the sum of congressional hearings for the last ten years
Sir, I like this planet, I think it’s time for you to leave. If you are incapable of comprehending much less partaking in intelligent conversation I might dare suggest that your parents start limiting your Internet time until your social skills are honed more.

Please, explain to me, what about stating “he is a moron” implies that I did not comprehend his points.
You say that I am incapable of intelligent discussion, yet you make assumptions about me when you don’t even know my name. What is intelligent about that? Or is it that you simply don’t like the idea of someone stating their opinion so you would rather kick all of those people off the planet?
I agree with him on every point. He explained my opinion on the in-progress game joining perfectly. I don’t want to join a match that’s already halfway over - and I’m forced onto a team that’s losing horribly.
I dont know why this is getting compared to Cod so much. Sure some of the newer aspects of the game (Spartan Points, Spartan Ops). Sound like they are similar to Cod’s spec Ops and Cod points. But these names are just place holders and are really nothing like Cod features. And the loadouts were in halo reach and no one is comparing that game to cod in any way.
