An explination

Let me start of saying this is not a bias opinion. This is an explanation:

I would say 99.9% of people are very disappointed in 343 for not creating the Falcon for the MOR update, and they would be fools to think 343 would actually do that. As we know 343 can be very lazy, and not take our request seriously. The community should have really known we weren’t getting a Falcon, So why did it get so much hype? There is one thing and one thing only for this outrage and it is the ONI card that was placed over the Pheton.
Out of the 5 DLC updates halo 5 has received, the process of hinting, revealing, and implementing DLC has been the same. The MOR update was respectively different from the others, due to the community being able to prejudge what we would see knowing what was in Reach. Knowing the community has been asking for a UNSC flying vehicle for quite some time now, and under the circumstances of the update, there should have been NO reason to place that ONI card. This created false hope because it has never been done in any of the other 5 DLC’s. Why the hell would 343 do this? This seriously makes 0 sense. The Pheton is not a REQ that people get excited for, so why block it out? And for why the hell would they use ONI? All these things lead to false hope, later leading to EXTREME disappointment when the REQ was relieved.

By the way I totally understand why 343 didn’t get to making the Falcon. Adding a brand new vehicle to a game in about a month is not an easy job, and would of came out sloppy with alot of negative feedback. Making games IS NOT EASY, and you have to cut 343 some slack there.

Please use one of the other threads for this. There are PLENTY.
