Hello! Having an issue with my email. I open the link to the invite, and it brings me to https://beta.halowaypoint.com/halo-insider/flights. Problem is, the buttons immediately disappear and are replaced with “an error has occurred.” I’ve tried using different browsers to no avail. Anyone else having this issue?
For me the Access for the beta website got denied… makes no sense
Am also having this issue. Mobile and desktop aren’t working.

Same issue - Email tells me to go to “https://beta.halowaypoint.com/flights” for information on how to download my pre-release build.

just got a second email figured it would have fixed the problem and nope same thing so im not sure what is going on but they need to fix this -Yoink-
Hello everyone. I’ve been having the exact same issue. But then I went over to my private messages section instead, (you should see the link beneath the original big blue waypoint link in your invite email), and follow the instruction provided to activate the steam download of halo insider beta. Im happily now installing it via steam.
EDIT; I would upload pictures for you but I can’t on this forum. This is where I received a message detailing how to install it via steam. https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/messages
Could not find any instructions on how to activate it on my steam account (referring to GreviousGrim’s suggestion). Don’t know if im just blind or something else up with this…

I tried GreviousGrim’s method but there are no messages available for me.

Had the same issue. I solved it by going back to the page where I first signed up for the Insider program. And there at the bottom of the page you can simply find the steam key.

Same thing is happening to me
I also received two emails. one a few days ago, another one this morning at 3am. Whenever I clicked the blue waypoint link from that email, i would get An error has occured message before being able to click on anything. I found a message on my waypoint account detailing how to download it from steam. The message also had the key code in it. Try it guys. check your messages and read them twice. both email and waypoint.

This is honestly kinda sad, it’s been almost 24 hours since I got the email and it still says “an error has occurred”. Complete -Yoink-. Damn devs need to fix they’re -Yoink-
