All right before you comment saying “Oh great another Air is OP topic” well yes there is a little air in this however this is primary about an army of Reavers grouped up together witch they can all be killed together from Vultures and Condors Y ability’s that does huge splash damage meaning they can kill their counters pretty easily unless you’re Atriox.
I have always like the Reavers a lot more the Wolverines however there is one thing about the Wolverines I like then the Reavers. An army Wolverines are spread out and not all of them can get hit from splash damage from Vultures and Condors.
And this is kind of the same thing for an army of Core Infantry’s sometimes Vultures and Condors can kill them all with their Y ability’s.
So here are two solutions I would like to see.
Spread out the Reavers just like the wolverines or greatly reduce the splash damage they take from Vultures and Condors Y ability’s.
I don’t know if there is a way to make the Reavers spread out on their own, but you could fix that clumping issue in the meantime with micro.
Couldn’t you just use their Y ability to get them out of danger?

I don’t see why they can’t and yes I could micro them but you have only like 2 seconds to react witch is not a enough time to micro them all.

Yes I could jump them out of danger however they can’t fire their missiles in mid air and the Vultures phoenix missiles still tracks them while in mid air.

Reason why they can’t is because changing their pathing and spacial response in the code could take some resources that currently the developers for HW2 do not have access to.

I try to jump out of the way with of the Phoenix Missile. Sometimes it will track that lone Reaver. As for the Condor, watched my friends entire army get wiped out because he couldn’t figure out what exactly it was aiming at.
