It came in spartan’s armory req pack during the month of meridians release.(80,000 rp)
Available for a couple weeks.
Only available thru that req pack, along with about 20 other skins.
It’s now being added to the req pool.

Looks like a strong environment suit.
I wanted to wear it but it didn’t come in the update it was teasing.
I havent seen it since Memories of Reach either.
It does have that durable.
Look to it, kinda like EOD used to have.
Sort of enclosed, and thick armor.
Maybe someone could ask 343 what this armor is?
And if it’s coming out.
Could it just be 343 has their own exclusive skin similiar to what Recon was back in Halo 3? Because if that’s the case I think its nice if that was the case, where only a select few who do outstanding achievements for the community get access to the skin.
