Say halo infinite has a long leveling system like H5 or reach. For every map a forger gets featured in matchmaking, they should get 2-4% of the max xp, up to 20%. (Unless Infinite has some crazy max level that takes years of constant play)
For example, H5’s max level is at 50,000,000 xp, so say you get a map featured, you should be rewarded with 1 million xp, up to a maximum of 10,000,000 xp.
I know they have the olive helmet and the compass emblem, but why not give more to forgers, who I’m sure would love to be better compensated like this for their time devoted to making maps for matchmaking.
This is an interesting concept. You could also do like a nameplate or emblem. It will be interesting to see what systems they put in place for HI
I was thinking even get real money. You’re putting in the work and producing content for the game, why not get rewarded like an employee? Hell could even hold forge competitions for big payouts. It’d be kinda like the grassroots program where they support content creators with giveaways and other help. Let’s take it a step further, the truly exceptional forgers get offered jobs, work at 343i solely creating maps and what not.
