Which moron thought that after 20 years of the ammo counter being in the top right of the HUD that what the game really needed was to put it down in the bottom right. This has been -Yoink!- with me the whole time. Honestly in 2021 why the -Yoink!- do we not have fully relocatable and scalable HUD elements. If i want to put the minimap in the center of my screen then i should be able to.

While I do agree a set of layout options would be nice and I would love me a ‘legacy’ HUD option, you need to cool your jets and not be as aggressive and soap boxy.
I have spent the last week playing 2042 and this mess so honestly im in the mood to -Yoink!- about stuff. Regardless this was an unnecessary change that messes with 20 years of muscle memory. It would be like if they swapped your gun view model to the other side of the screen for no reason other than that they could. Legacy HUD would be fine aswell. Another issue is not being able to see the levels of your individual nades without switching between them. No reason not to give me that info.
