It just isn’t something that is massively desired to be put into production. It’s hard enough to get an actual themed console for a wide release game - something as non appealing as a nationality decoration just doesn’t make a ton of business sense.
There are a ton of decals out there though. Or, get a white xbox and make one yourself.
