I have the Limited Collector’s Edition pre-ordered from Amazon. Now I know that it’ll ship a week early so we can download and pre-install the game. But the Amazon page still says that the game will be shipped on the release date. Has Amazon just not changed date? Or am I going to get screwed over? I need to know, because right now, its making rather worried lol

That’s entirely inaccurate. Gamestop, Best Buy, and Walmart are all third party, and ship on the 20th.
I’ve paid extra for it to arrive on the 27th. But what’s the point of doing that if it comes out a week early? These things need to be explained. Puus, one of the perks for getting the LCE is getting it week early. I’d rather not get the game on release day (end of the day), only to have to download before I can play…

Apparently you don’t notice I said “RECEIVE THE ITEM ON 10.27.15” not “The item will be SHIPPED ON 10.27.15”
The only company giving you this “1 week early download” (to avoid network conjestion) is Microsoft.
If ordered elsewhere, it’ll be treated as a retail disc game and ARRIVE on 10.27.15.

Apparently you didn’t notice that the OP says his order is slated to ship on the 27th, not arrive on the 27th. Where as other retailers, ship on the 20th, regardless. In store third party pick ups will be available on the 20th as well.
I have the LCE preordered on Amazon and it says the release day is Tuesday, October 20th. And when I go to the item listing on the store it says the same thing.
So not sure what your talking about OP.

My order will arrive on the 27th, only because I’ve chosen to pay a little more for 2 day shipping. Has the Canadian Amazon site just not been updated or do I get screwed out of this week early deal simply because I’m from Canada?
I’d REALLY like to know this as well. I also would want to know if the edition can ship in english to quebec. Sorry that i resurrected a month old thread, but i haven’t found any other place where they speak of this issue. Amazon CA states 27th of October while Amazon US states 20th of October.

ive preordered both reach and 4 from amazon they ship it on Friday or saturaday so you would receive it on launch date
I work for EB games in Australia and we are going to be receiving H5 consoles and LCE copies probably on the 16th of oct. and then they are available for purchase/pick up on the 20th of oct both of these things come with a digital download code for the game so buyers can pre-install before the 27th
