Amazon Pre-order Bonuses?

Hey guys, I’ve got a situation that could use a little help. Basically, I pre-ordered the game from amazon.com and amazon is telling me that they never offered the Bulletproof or Spartan emblems as pre-order bonuses. I know sometimes I don’t remember everything perfectly but I could swear that they were. I even went and searched every site I could think of that deals with the bonuses from here to IGN and beyond. They all say the same thing. The images are still hosted directly by amazon as well, even listed in the file names as bonuses:

Is there anyone else who pre-ordered from Amazon.com? Did you receive the emblems? If anyone, I know you guys can help me figure this out, thanks.

I pre-ordered from Amazon.com, I don’t think I got any emblems either, I started with 3 unlocked and I had like 2 or 3 backgrounds I remember I saying something about emblems as well.

I didn’t get emblems either, only the WEB skin.

If you do not receive it by email, then I would recommend you contact them Via phone or Live chat.
They will happily give you a code.

I’m happy that you’ve had no difficulties. It’s always unfortunate and annoying when problems happen. I had previously contacted them by e-mail support which is where they told me that they have never offered the emblems. That’s what prompted me to make this thread for a little confirmation. As per your suggestion, I tried to use the live chat support but all that they told me was that they were forwarding my issue to the marketing team. No luck here.
