Has anyone who had pre-ordered the REQ bundle on amazon been able to get it? I’ve been waiting all day for something to happen other than awaiting confirmation. The store page now says that its unavailable, and you can’t return digital codes on amazon.
Yes I ordered it on the 9th and have been waiting all day for it to release, I expect it to be able to come out around 12ish western time. I hope it’s not a disappointment.
Yeah, same case here. Really pisses me off because this is unlike them.
Seems like many players have been complaining about issues regarding this. Try amazon customer support? They have always sorted things for me in the past.

Probably the best bet here ^. If the issue is that you have bought the code from amazon but not received it, contact Amazon’s Support. If you bought the code and have tried to redeem it but can’t, Xbox Live support can help you out there 
UPDATE: For all of whom this may concern, I have been in touch with Amazon. It is not Amazon’s problem, but rather Microsoft’s. Microsoft never distributed the codes to Amazon upon release. The service rep said it should be resolved within the next 24 hours. Until then, we have to stick our thumbs up our -Yoinks!- and hope for the best.

What I did was just call Amazon and have them cancel the order. I just convinced them to let me return it since it was impossible that I opened it (you know, since it’s inaccessible). I had used a gift card balance to get it, so I just used the returned funds to get a $25 gift card for Xbox, and used that. Idk of that helps anyone, but that helped me go ahead and get the pack and open my first two.

ANOTHER UPDATE: The problem is resolved and you should get your stuff now.
Still yet to get a code for my purchase… If I don’t get it until tomorrow will I still get the 2 packs that everyone else got today?

Yeah I get that. But you do get the same amount of packs, regardless of when you get the pack. Same as the WZ one. In fact, if you haven’t gotten the wz one, you could buy it simultaneously with the arena one and get 4 premium packs every Monday. That would make them considerably less horrible.

And I might suggest doing that if you don’t get them by tomorrow at noon. Just sleep on it, go to work/school, and then call around lunch if it hasn’t come in by then. Or later in the day. I don’t know your tolerance as far as patience goes. Mines pretty low when it comes to Halo. I want it now!!!
Is there some sort of advantage or perk by ordering through Amazon? Why not just get it through the req store in the game?
