Okay so after seing that the DMR and the BR are in Halo 4 that makes me think am I to understand that there are going to be different types of primary weapons and secondary ones like different AR’s like the MA5B, MA5C, MA3K, and pistols like the M6G, M6C, and others for loadout customizations because we’re obviously not going to have rocket launchers and shotguns and all the power weapons in our loadouts right?

Don’t expect several ARs and pistols.

It looks like some variant of the needle rifle is coming back… or its the new assault carbine. It looks slightly different and there are no visible needles in the photo,

A carbine is a shortened version of a full-size rifle. I’m guessing the Assault Carbine is a shortened version of the Assault Rifle, meant to take the place of close-to-mid range fully-automatic weapon.
I doubt there will be variations of weapons. Different AR models, etc…it wouldn’t balance up because the AR and pistol have many different models seen, yet BR has 2 and the DMR has 1.
It’s all just niche. BR will be medium range. DMR is long range. For those wondering also, sniper will be cross mapin’.
