Am I the only one?

Am I the only one who is getting an error after matches online?

I get a message saying how it’s having a difficult time retrieving information. I can’t back out or do a single thing until the intermission is done. My game is not counted and I cannot view stats from the previous match. This has been occurring before and after the February update.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? Does anyone have the same issues?

I would really like to know what is going on so any information will be helpful.

Yup this has become a more common issue since the last update. Try restarting H5 and if that doesn’t work then safely turn off and unplug you Xbox for 1-2 min.
