Halo 2 is very old graphics wise. It would look good with an update in a few years. everyone seems to be against it, but why not? in seven years I bet we could see halo 3 remastered. But in the end halo 2 is very old looking, has great multiplayer maps and could use a remaking in a few years. (its 1 in the morning here, gimmie a break)
Overdoing Anniversaries is what will kill the Halo franchise. Sure we love the old ones, but you have to draw the line somewhere. Halo CE represents the oldest and most groundbreaking of all Halos and therefore deserves to be redone above the others the most. I see the Halo 2 and Halo 3 remastering being almost redundant and a great waste of time and resources from 343i when they have to focus on making Halo 4, 5 and 6 as powerful as these originals.

Could you imagine the uproar that would result in remaking halo 2 multiplayer? whoever takes on that task and swallows a bite of that -Yoink- sandwich would have my sympathy.

Halo 2 needs to be remastered as the original version doesn’t work well on the 360 (damn I hate overlapping images when I’m killing Brutes).

I want a Halo 2 Anniversary. Yeah sure, I dont want 343 to milk Halo, but it would be nice, for the multiplayer. The campaign would be good, but the multiplayer would be amazing, and they could do it exactly like Halo 2 becuase the Halo 2 multiplayer already has net coding. Yay!

you are all mental we would tear 343 apart (in forums) if they got one tiny thing wrong. We would, you know we would like i siad taking on a h2 remake would be harder than CE and I just cant see 343 going back to old halo mechanics. Don’t get me wrong I would buy and play it but it would feel dated by 2013
