Am i the only one who Genuinely Likes h5?

i cant be the only one. i check the forums almost daily and its constantly hate, why its broke, need fix asap posts over and over again.

while i’m here really enjoying the game. i like the competitiveness and less casual aspect of it. my matchmaking experience has been pretty accurate, i havent been grouped against people way out of my league. i have however been kicked from games a few times and had some fireteam problems but all in all i havent played a fps this competitively and frequent since mw2 and my beloved h2 back in the day

Nope. I have some criticisms here and there, but that’s been true for every game in the franchise and basically every game I’ve ever owned. I felt like there was a steeper learning curve in multiplayer for this game than in previous versions, but it’s a lot of fun now that I’ve sort of gotten the hang of things.

Still can’t ground pound, though. I haven’t figured out why that’s not working for me, yet.

i enjoy this game a lot as well, i dont really worry about quitters cause 90% of the time im in a party of atleast 2-3 guys, so even if we have three in a party and the random quits we are fine cause we play together all the time. But all in all we look past what halo doesnt have and we look at what it does have. it is competitive, and it is fun, so i am right there with you, i usually try to post things in here defending halo, such as the whiners on the radar, or spartan charge, etc.

I have enjoyed my time with Halo 5. I have had a lot of good times playing thus far. You are not alone.

You’re not alone. This game is awesome.

Nope far from. Just people hit the net to complain. Give them a planet they complain they didnt get the universe.

I enjoy the game a lot. For the most part I treat this forum like Yelp or Google restaurant reviews. Most people don’t go online to submit positive comments.

I feel the same way, Halo 5 is my favorite game of 2015, and brought me back into the franchise.

I have a few gripes, as nothing is perfect, but overall I think Halo 5 is a great game. Been playing since HaloCE, and I honestly feel like this is the best Halo since the original.

Same here, I’ve played the game every single day since launch and absolutely love it, but of course I also have some things I want in it.

H5 is good IMO. It’s just so frustrating because it has the potential to be sooooooo much better.

i wish we could get some more constructive posts going instead of the constant hate.

i too usually play with 2-3 people, and play FFA when my friends arent on. if i do go in solo slayer/team arena im still talking and when someone does have a mic we usually team up and go on a win streak.

i’m glad there are others out there who like this game! maybe people were just expecting it to be different, more casual or somethign

Nope love it. Fantastic game! Glad to see a sliver of positiveness in this place.

I don’t know the development backstory, but I suspect it’s entirely likely that they were forced to launch before they would have liked, and the planned updates lend some circumstantial evidence to support that. I know a lot of people are upset by that, but personally I’m content to start playing a game that’s 50% complete and receive the rest over time. It’s better than waiting another year with nothing.

Threads like these are well needed here. Also halo 5 has been and still is a fun game.

I disagree. I’d rather wait and receive a game that is good enough to actually support a healthy population. I don’t think H5 can ever get the people it lost back now. It’s too late. We are already seeing the effects of low population on this game and it’s only been 3 months. Wait 3 more, it will be a ghost town.

Best Halo since Halo 3 in my opinion just a shame it has so much competition these days. Wasn’t as many shooters around back in Halo 3 days. Still holding up fairly well though.

I enjoy it a lot.

I’m with u , i play everyday and H5 is a fantastic game . I really dont understand why people hate this game ( and I play halo from CE )

Overall I like Halo 5. Warzone is mostly where I live since it has AI bots, JIP, no team killing (besides splatters) and 24 players. If it wasn’t for Warzone, I would not have purchased H5 at all.

Nope. You’re not alone. I’m a daily poster. Check waypoint every day to see what is new. I love the game. Yes, there are issues. Lots of them… (I’ve complained, that’s for sure) But I still love playing it.

Hate is such a strong word to describe a video game.
