I don’t know think your God cares if they’re badly represented somewhere. If anything they would scoff at the attempt if it was with bad intentions, right? They are a God after all. 
I’m not saying this with any disrespect towards anyone’s religion.
If your offended by that you should be offended more often…

I agree, but I also agree with OP that the design doesn’t look too similar to Anubis unfortunately.
Maybe with Purrfect Audio. That’s what I was going to put together but not now that I won’t buy anything.
Devoted Christian here; just gotta say that the entire halo franchise references symbolism in the Christian Bible. And don’t don’t get me started on Norse references.

How many times have we seen things named after Nordic, Greek, and Roman gods for example? That’s not to rip on any personal beliefs, but if someone doesn’t hold them then they may use the lore in their own artistic works. Sometimes respectively sometimes in ways that may seem offensive. I mean look at Doom Eternal and Christianity in general. In this case It’s just the name of an armor piece, hardly anything I would call disrespectful.

I am a christian too. Religious references are actually rampant throughout the entertainment industry and other organisations in generel. I will hear names used in movies and television shows, that are actually obscure bible names. Unless you read the bible, you would never know. As I don’t have a complete knowledge of all Middle Eastern, African, Asian, European, South American etc. religions, I would guarantee, that names and places, are being used from these religions as well. I would lean more towards thinking that this is a lack of imagination on behalf of the people, writing the shows, games etc. They have trouble making up their own names and places, so they simply borrow one from somewhere.

It’s really that they’re cheaply using the name of a deity I believe in to sell a $20 pack that sends me so much.
