It looks like it’s getting a lot of hype. I mean, sure it looks pretty cool but I don’t see myself wearing it.
I already have all the armor I need for a while anyway. I’m more about waiting for gametypes and stuff.
Anyone else feel the same?

I’ll never wear it, for those reasons.
- Everyone will wear it - I wear all and only character armors (specifically Chiefs). - Again it’ll be to common by the time people start getting it. - It’s not great looking IMO.

meh, I was talking more in terms of Reach’s armor design, the armor effect was just a little icing on the cake that was either earned or rewarded…at least it was until they decided to pass it out like candy.
It’s Ugly but the Atlas looks good
It’s like most of the armor and kind of ‘meh.’
It’s going to be like Recon or the Haunted Helmet - people will wear it because of how rare it is, not because of how cool it looks.

oddly enough though, recon and haunted helmet were still pretty cool looking in design, but Mjolnir gen 2 just looks too weird.
A lot of people have asked for Greek Spartan inspired armor for a long time. You’re allowed to dislike the design. I really like the helmet, but the armor looks underwhelming in my opinion.

Was never a fan of the Recon helmet in Halo 3 - was one of the ugliest things I’ve personally ever laid eyes on but people wanted it because it was rare.

that and a lot of ideas sound good in theory but then people actually attempt it. it’s like what Jeff Goldblum said in Jurrasic park, you kept thinking that you could, but you never stopped to think that should.

yeah, Reach was a decent skunkworks variant though, then again it was a that point that it stopped being rare

I do and the armor and helmet descriptions have little to do with each other in terms of correlation. don’t believe me, read them yourself.
Agree. I’d want it purely because it’ll one of the few armours that everyone won’t have. But I don’t find it aesthetically appealing personally.
I just want my Helljumper…
