Why did they put sprint in halo? Thats one thing that made it very different from CoD or battlefield. I hope halo 4 doesn’t have it. but thats just me.
Sprint isn’t the problem, Armour Lock and Jetpack are the problems.

Sprint is probably the armor ability that’s the least broken. And I admit I like it. I use it at least twice as much as all other AAs combined.
It makes no sense that brendan fraser isn’t the leading actor or actress for every movie ever

While I love the jetpack, it’s kind of true, unfortunately.
But the true real problem is Armor Lock.

I like sprint. As somebody else stated, sprint isn’t the problem, armor lock and jetpack are the problems. And what do you mean made it different? You act like sprint is what makes Call of Duty what it is. You need to open your eyes a little bit, lol.
I love Sprint, but I only use it on specific maps. Just wish it was longer.
The problem is worrying too much about how it compares to CoD. They are two different games. Who cares if CoD has sprint as well.
I hope they implement Sprint without it being an armor ability, just have it as a basic ability that every Spartan should have.

Sprint just really changed the game for me. Its not what makes CoD, except tac-knifers, but it felt like sprint didn’t belong in halo. Kinda like how a UNSC Worthog dosnt belong in Forza (just an example)
Personally, I’m fine with sprint. I think it should be a permanent ability. If they bring back the jetpack they should incorporate it as a vehicle. Active camo should go pack to being a power up. AL should be removed, as should drop shield (or at the very least, stop it from healing). Evade I’m kind of fine with, but I don’t see why they would need an attachment for it.
Sprint is awesome, it should be a basic player trait.
Canonically the sprint AA is a dummy module Kat hacked up to disable the mjolnir movement safety interlocks allowing the spartan to belt it as fast as they personally could go for a short time. Im sure Kelly was always the fastest with like 60KM/h or so sprint.
