Firstly, I get thrown into a losing battle halfway through a game. Not the end of the world, but far from ideal. But the icing on the cake is that I’m stuck on level 1 REQs while everyone else has power weapons. Great! I tried waiting for the REQ menu to load but after a couple of minutes I just had to use my pistol and scavenge what weapons I could get from the battlefield.
It seems that something in this game breaks every few days, and there’s no fix in sight. Completely unacceptable, this sort of thing should have been tested. Either Halo breaks or Xbox Live goes down for a few hours, get it sorted please!
same thing happened to me, not the first time. Had to restart my xbox twice as It wouldn’t sync my profile either.
just started another game up and no once could use reqs, and I didn’t have weapon skins and everyone was wearing recruit armor -_- was a long game first time I’ve seen customization affected! Checked my connection and its all good so thinking this is on 343s side.

Yeah it’s definitely on their side! That’s the problem, it’s always breaking. The REQs not loading happens fairly regularly, the “unable to retrieve data” happens even more. Why make a game always online if you haven’t even got the basics of your infrastructure sorted out?

I had the same experience. The servers are down again. Typical. Just check back again in 24 hours or so.

Yeah that seems to be the only solution… not much of a solution though lol.
