Me and my friend both dident have halo 5 when the memories of reach came out and we dont know if we can still get the armor sets and wepons in 2018.
You can get the armor set from gold packs, it may just take a long time as they are legendary reqs to be unlocked.

You can get any armor and helmet from normal REQ packs with the exception of the Athlon Champion, Protector Challenger, Achilles and the Reach helmets

Well the classic helmets from the classic helmet pack; as technically Wrath is a Reach helmet as well.

Also might be worth saying to buy silver packs to get all the common stuff out of the way if you haven’t already done so. Might speed up the process a little bit
