The answer to that, appears to be yes… but I’m not sure what to do, and I need your help! ; )
Ok, so from what I can understand (from reading through the forums) the REQ system will give you points back once you have completed purchases for each pack… right? For example: once you have completed Silver packs - you get 3000 points refunded, and with the Gold packs - you get 6000.
Yet when I look through my REQ collection it seems I have ‘several’ items missing/unlocked and I’m not sure how I go about unlocking them.
I am missing Oni Mongoose, Tundra Mongoose and Urban Mongoose and by the looks of things… many Boosts! (Boosts being on 65% collectively)
Any ideas as to what I need to do to resolve this, or where I have gone wrong?
I rarely (if ever) even use the Mongoose, but it would just be nice to have everything levelled off at 100%… it’s just one of those things eh! ; )
Oooh, also… I wasn’t able to unlock the Achilles body armour through the Gold packs. Have the ‘rules’ for obtaining this item changed? I’m certainly not up for the challenge that it takes to get the helmet… I play just for fun - and not to ruin others.

Boosts are not unlocks so don’t worry about them, as for the mongese(?) Buy silver’s for those.

Achilles can only be unlocked by being a part of a Spartan Company when they complete Level 3 for Kill commendations (for the body armor) and Level 5 for Kill commendations (the helmet.) You can’t get it out of Gold packs.
Join a company that is at least semi-active and you’ll get it eventually, the “hardcore” companies aren’t worth it, trust me, everyone is happy until you get Achilles and then it just falls apart lol.
Took your advice and just bought (yet another) Silver pack… got the 3000 points back (yet again) and no sign of the Mongoose Cert’s.

You have to get bronze packs for the mongooses. You may have to get quite a few as there are no guaranteed unlocks with bronze packs, you’ll just need to get them till they pop up.

Any idea what the deal is with my missing Boosts?

Boosts are just a luck thing, you’ll get them in silvers or golds depending on the rarity. Unless you keep 1 of each type it won’t read 100%.
