I looked through my entire collection and all I have left are two Uncommon emblems (Cone’d and Ground Pound) and a bunch of Rare emblems.
However, when I opened up my latest silver pack all I got were two cards that gave me 1500 bonus RP instead of any emblems. Does this mean that all those emblems are for doing commendations?
If you are getting REQ points that means that you are done with the silvers. The emblems you mention are for commendations as I remember. Time to move on to those gold REQ packs.

The same with me , just need a few uncommon emblems but I find only bonus

Yep you’re done. How long did it take you to get all the silver packs? I’m working on them now
Many of the emblems are tied to commendations, if you get REQ points back from Silvers, time to move up to Golds 
Yep time for gold, or maybe actually just save up a few thousand req points so you can buy all the silver packs when the next update comes out this week sometime.

i still have like 6 rare helmets left but i already got 1500 req points from a silver along with a dmr(my last loadout)
