I have gotten error message “Halo 4 servers are unavailable” & have been on the fall back hoppers for more than 8 days. Am I banned or what? I have received no messages stating so I’m wondering why I can’t play halo 4!?
You could try private messaging bs Angel or Forum Team or calling Xbox/Live support. If you didn’t receive a ban message though I would doubt you are banned.
Try switching of your router/modem for 10 minutes, ensure your NAT is open and then power on your Xbox console after those 10 minutes/reboot. Fall back servers are when your local Internet can’t access the live game servers.
