am i banned?

now i just launched the halo 5 and all of the matches in playlist say we coudn’t find any servers that match
does anyone have this problem?

i have contacted microsoft support and they told me to post here

If you were banned it would have popped up with a red screen telling you what you were banned for and how long, likely just issues with the servers your game is connection to. Could try restarting your game / xbox and see you can connect after that

i have done all that i even uninstalled the game and download it again

Is this just a recent issue or has it been happening for a while? If it is recent, has anything changed in your home network or did it seems ot start happening after an update or something? Also, are you using wifi just now? Worth trying a wired connection if you are, just to rule out any issues there

Same issue but I lost my data and showed the banned message for one match.
