Am i banned from waypoint or matchmaking?

I am not able to play matchmaking due to “server down” issue and I am not able to get on to waypoint stats for one of my accounts.

However, my other account is fine, I can get onto waypoint to check its stats.

I have not really done anything to get myself banned, i play legit.

I’m having the same issue, i cannot acces my stats or anything yet my friend can

Its probably down on some regions i guess? the servers down for me too and im from singapore.
