Yes you can. There are many people including myself that are in search of one.
From what I’ve heard about the way they were sent out, they were tied to specific gamertags, and therefore can’t be transferred. I can neither confirm nor deny this though (seeing as I never got a code…), so all I can say is be creative, and I hope it works out!

Do you mean to make a Giveaway or how to give it to a friend? anyway sure you can, you just need to copy the code and send it to who you want.
For a give away, best would be some random extraction, or some game (like you thinking a number between 1-100 and the first guessing wins)

But if you aren’t feeling like doing it that way go to the Code thread they pinned, pick someone who is posting they didn’t receive a code and send them a message.
Just help someone. Anyone. At this stage, sooner or later, we are all going to receive it. Because of that the code isn’t worth anything in trade and it certainly isn’t worth organizing a little contest over.
So really just find some fellow who needs help and be the guy who does something.

Hey if you can send that code to me I would really appreciate it. I never got my code and I was going to ask if any LE players had any extra when I saw your post. you would make my day because I have been stuck at 70 for forever . Please if you are willing share it with me

I among many others is in need of a code. Being in the UK i had to order a code on ebay. It won’t arrive until Tuesday probably so if you give it to me I can give mine away when i receive it.
