It seems we always have to wait for one person when starting Big Team Battle. This adds up to hours over time. Why can’t the software be programmed to drop a player and just play 7 vs 7? I think the wait time to play would go down dramatically. Even if you are the one being dropped you would be waiting less time then we are currently waiting.
I think I read a comment a day or two ago that said it has to do with the way matchmaking works. If I recall correctly, it had to do with matchmaking finding 16, loading the game, noticing 1 player dropped, and then essentially restarting the search for 1 player who matches well with the remaining 15 as opposed to a few. Not the greatest system, but I highly doubt there will be a fix.
