What I’m saying is that there can’t be exactly 975 players online all the time.

No, the player online counter has not worked for a long time now. Not sure where in their programming would the default listing be 975, but it is.
On the bright side, hopefully it will be fixed in the Definitive Edition!

“A long time” being like a year and a half. I’m pretty sure the 975 thing started like December of 2014 or January of 2015.
It does change from time to time, just not sure at to how often
It also causes all the buckets to show the wrong number of players as well. Quite annoying.
It’s a glitch, haha.
