"alternative wepon" skins

This is just an odd idea, but why not make skins for halo 5 weapons that just dont change the colour, but also the aperence. Like a lengendary AR skin, so that it looks like the AR from reach? Or for the Br an alternatice locking version. It just a small idea…

… but it will never make its way into the game, other small ideas like adjustable hud colour are improvements with less effort but a bigger impact for the satisfaction with the game. I dont know if these ideas never make it to 343 or if just dont give a -Yoink-, or if they cant because it would ultimatly kill the bad u.i from halo 5.

exept for maps, we have not seen or got anything which wasnt there bevor, but what your opinion about it?

I like the idea of having some skins that big up the gun them selves. Like a br skin that’s kind of ironic that all about “you can out br any thing brah” or a dmr skin that’s all about camping
