Instead of Warzone feeling like a boring BTB or a lopsided pub stomp I have an idea that might make it feel more like the Warzone we see in the trailers/gameplay previews
Warzone:
Everyone starts off with REQ level 9 and can pull out their big guns/vehicles from the start or even combos like pulling out camo+sword or OV+shotgun to rush the bases/objectives
The only way to build your points back up is to get kills/bosses/base caps so it would be similar to the original mechanic but you aren’t working your way up to the REQ level from the start.
5 kills to get 1 REQ
1 base cap to get 1 REQ
1 minor boss = 1 REQ
1 Ultra Boss = 2 REQs for killing shot and 1 REQ for rest of team
To prevent DMR spam (which will likely happen) i suggest changing loadout weapons should cost its required points (permanent use when respawning) but will cost you points if you want to change to make a more deliberate decision from the player.
“should i pull out my DMR for 6 points or do i need a tank or incineration cannon for this boss about to spawn?”
This will alleviate some frustration with late game high level REQs that are next to useless or not even a bother to pull out since the game is almost over.
Warzone Assault
The communal increase in the REQ gauge is near perfect
The only constraint here is how quickly a match can be over even before either team reaches REQ 3 for BRs
I am not entirely sure how to change this one because it is a Fast Paced Assault mode so its not made for lots of high level REQs

Yeah…let everyone start a game with ONI and Ultra vehicles…
Won’t lie, stupid idea.
I wish the req gauge in warzone assault would fill up a tad bit faster, its very rare to have games hit level 6+
