Contacted Xbox Support said i need to contact 343 industries? How do we do so… I think it’s here!
They said i had to give you guys my gamertag and you’ll call me or something like that so here’s my gamertag.
Now you should really keep a refund asking thread or some weird thing like that as i don’t think i’m the only one here asking for one.
Oh and no i won’t regret my refund after the game is fixed, the hype is gone, screwed the launch, screwed the hope.
Bye bye then, I’m beyond caring about it. I’ve loved this game since minute one, its run so smooth since I’ve had it and 343 are working hard to fix all issues.

343 doesn’t handle this kind of thing. Talk to whoever actually sold the game to you.

A refund for a game that works the only thing that has a problem is the matchmaking which is actually a privilege to have. I guess you shouldnt have purchased it in the first place since they gave you exactly what it says on the sale sheet.

No actually it doesnt say on the sale sheet that it won’t work online and that it’ll crash almost everytime nah. it’s not written.
Also not written that alot of people were expecting that game to work, and will now not be playing it , which will result in a low player count.

Just going to say matchmaking isn’t a privilege. We pay for it in the game and via Xbox Live membership.
