But what about the two Season Pass helmets and Falcon emblem? Are those going to be avaliable for seperate purchase or will I have to buy the Season Pass and then try and sell the code from my LE through eBay to pay for it?

Those who are getting the LE will get a code for the Season Pass and that code will download the exact same thing then those who use Microsoft Points.
I’m thinking yes, the Season Pass in the LE is probably the very same Season Pass that will be on the Marketplace. I’m guessing there will be a redeemable code in the LE for it.
