So in todays preview of REQs we’ll be getting this update, I noticed not only is there two copies of Sharktooth Grin, but I’ve already gotten Team Osiris as a weapon skin for my pistol…
Even better, I have the Spirit of Fire skin too!

i think all the skins were already available at some point. if you go to your collection theyre all there, just not unlocked

Then whats the point of showcasing the “new” REQs coming to Halo 5 if they’re already here? so essentially we’re getting empty updates with maybe a map?
Oh my god, does anyone read anything these days? When the Spartan’s Armory pack was announced, they said the skins would be a preview of the future updates. Now I don’t think anyone who actually read that expected all the skins to return in one update, but it was known information for months now.

that literally says it, it basically says, hey these skins are going to be in the update but if you cant wait till them here is your chance to get them now.
Its not that hard to read into that.
Im suddenly glad I didn’t spend a huge amount of money on the Armory bundle.
So far the 343 skins were still exclusive to the earlier packs though

They most likely will stay that way i think.
They aren’t really locking much of anything into being exclusive. You can spend either money or time to get the reqs you want. As in the Spartan Armory pack, you could get early access to some of the skins. The Noble Team ones gave away that it was just early access with “Can’t wait for the Memories of Reach content update in April? Get your nostalgic kick now…”
As long as the 343 AR and pistol are not in it I’m happy
I have all the skins already except for azure or whatever. I bought everything from the spartan armory pack including the 343 skins and since I have 141,000 req points I think I might be able to buy the update in 1 go…
