I tried searching, but have yet to see any others with this issue to prevent clutter, so here is a new topic. I have the Dear Diary achievement from the Halo CE Anniversary game, which means I’ve viewed all of the terminals. I go to Halo Waypoint, but it says that I must first view the Terminals on or near Installation 04. I say screw that noise since I did, and try to input the codes anyway. It tells me the same damn thing. I have no idea what to do, and I don’t have the game anymore, so I can’t just input the disc and go for the terminals. But if that is the case to fix this issue, then so be it. Would love to hear word though if it is just a glitch that can be fixed on Waypoint’s end.
Same here. I cannot find anyone else reporting the problem though or how to correct.
I’m Having the exact same issue, I watched Terminal 1 again and punched in the code on my laptop and it worked, only problem is I’m going to have to get all the terminals again from the looks of things. =(
Enter the Forerunner glyph seen at the end of each terminal into Waypoint.
I’m also having this problem. Strange thing is I’ve had the terminals for some time now. Is it supposed to do this?

Gentle, it’s not a glitch, because this archive isn’t designed to DETECT anything, it’s waiting for you to INPUT something. Specifically, the terminal codes that are in each video.
For the sake of easing looking around the internet for you I have them here
These are different then the NEW H4 Codes in that, 1) they are 5 characters instead of 10, 2) can have repeating symbols, and 3) give Cr for Reach instead of XP for H4.

Also why does it say that there are 10 terminals?
so i am now trying to get these terminals and it wont let me is there a reason for this or what?
I have the same issue as the original poster. None of the responses here have been helpful whatsoever.
I have already found every terminal in the Halo: Anniversary campaign (and unlocked the achievement for it). I have a copy of each of the codes that show at the end of the terminal video. When I try and input these codes into Waypoint, I get this error message:
THIS DATA IS LOCKED. YOU MUST FIRST ACCESS TERMINAL ON OR NEAR INSTALLATION 04.
Clearly there is some kind of error happening here. I tried replaying a level and accessing a terminal again, then putting in the code. No dice. Is there any chance this problem can be resolved?

First, please do not resurrect old threads. If you have an issue, please make a new thread or find a relevant recent thread (14 days or fewer is a good rule of thumb) to post about your issue.
Second, this is a known issue that seems to have been a result of the Xbox Live downage that occurred last weekend. Please be patient while 343i investigates to find a fix.
I am locking the thread as there are other, significantly newer threads dealing with the same issue.
