I’ve had numerous issues with this game that’s stopping me from playing it. Many of which I had last time, too. I know it’s a beta, but it’s frustrating to not be able to play the game almost at all.
- Ridiculously long loading times for every single menu option. It’s mostly been fixed now (I think because I had Google Chrome open and was downloading something that it interfered… which it really shouldn’t to that extent)… but I seriously mean upwards of 5 minutes just from having pressed on a single menu option. It’s still slow by most game’s standards but now with an empty desktop it takes only like 15 seconds or so to get from menu to menu. My SSD is a slow, crappy budget one, but no other games are even close to as bad as this.
- The resolution slider still doesn’t work at all and is limited to 60% minimum of my native 4K resolution anyway, which means I can’t drop it to 1080p for the best performance.
- Stuttering in-game is constant.
- After about 2 minutes, maybe less or slightly more, the game will freeze entirely and I’m forced to use task manager to back out. This happened three times in a row.
- Now it’s asking me to login to Xbox Live all of a sudden and yet it crashes as soon as I try now, so I can’t even get to the main menu.
Just some feedback, or if anyone has a solution that’d be awesome too.
My specs are:
-Windows 10
-RTX2060 6GB
-16GB RAM
-i3 9100f
-Running on cheap C: and E: SSD drives. Installed onto E: which I use for games. Has no problems with other modern games, however.
