I recently played offense on Urban with a bunch of randoms, needless to say it feels impossible to capture do to only one way to get on top of it, when you have 3 defensive players camp up there it’s game over
with a bunch of randoms it is a crap shoot. You cannot design the game to appease a bunch of bad players you might get matched with. I don’t play assault unless I’m in a fire team.
I see your point, I’ve been playing with the same people since Halo 3. The only problem is that everyone in my spartan company doesn’t play anymore, I don’t know if they think Halo 5 is bad or don’t have the time to play. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need a new spartan company

Exactly, unless you are reasonably coordinated in WZ assault, then it’s pointless, otherwise they pick you off one by one as you walk through which ever entrance.

There are more ways to get on top, think outside the box. Example. try double jumping with on top of a teammates head and getting up faster.

Yep, when going in solo to FF, I think I beat the garage <50% of the time. Going in with a coordinated team, it’s significantly higher.
All respawns are -Yoink- since the last update. 343 needs to change them back to where they were.
Yes, the respawns are. Being spawned reasonably far from the base when you only have six minutes? That’s a bit unfair to the assault team.

Un-reasonably*
I can see why you can think that, if a defender guy is on the outside you spawn basically 15+ seconds away from the garage, and if the other team gets brs first then they have range and height on you making it a lot harder to get into the garage
I haven’t played it since it was re-introduced, but it’s going to be harder than others because there’s no defined place to cut off enemy reinforcements.

Exactly, that was a perfect way of explaining the situation. I think it should be like arc with three routes to get on the garage, providing excellent flanking for solo players. Anybody got a company i could join to prevent this?
The spawns are so much worse now on urban

I guess we have to be faster
Urban’s spawning is still trash even after the changes. Its a total joke when you are going for garage, but spawning way off to the side of the armoury, and you have to cover like 500m of completely open paths and road. It just turns into a shooting gallery for the other team. Unless they can get some decent spawns going, or add some cover, I think Urban just needs to be pulled indefinitely.
