Almost done with waypoint

All I ever see on way point anymore is people complaining about things and bashing 343. It’s getting old folks. I’m sorry you don’t get your crappy -Yoink- falcon, power weapons will be on infection, and you get farmed because you can’t communicate with your teammates. Rant over.

Well, there are a few productive threads, but they normally die quickly because people like to focus on the negatives.

Just hold on. I’ve managed to survive perfectly well on both b.net and Waypoint for the last 4 or so years. If I can do it, so can you!

I agree. All the hate is making me sick of waypoint.

I fully support this post

All official video game forums are like this, whine whine whine, just stay away from them.

Goodbye, Farewell…

Most all forums are like this, and not just for video games.

So no feedback right?

Oh look! Positive posts! You are a rarity.

There is nothing most of us hate more than resignation threads. So way to go. You’re now that guy.

I said “almost”.

The OP is part of the problem that is Halo Waypoint. It is easy to rant about people complaining, but when productive topics do come along folks like the OP never flock to them, never support them. Instead, they’ll either keep fighting with “haters”, or “fanboys” as the other side sees it, in one of many massive threads or tell the person who made a constructive thread TL;DR (seems common on r/Halo in particular).

There is a 6 letter word that helps me get stay on waypoint it’s called " ignore".

Nothing worse than a resignation post than an “almost” resignation.

Actually everyone ignores them, I have tried to start up some useful ones, but they quickly get passed over for rants about pro falcon and negative falcon.

It’s the same with all forums, unless you get really small forums like the Halo Wars 2 forums, which will probably become worse as we draw near to it’s release.

Yup, it sucks, I’ve seen I DR HALSEY I make so many very well written and thought-out threads just for them to be flooded by all of the generic hate ones.

You just need to look for threads that have reasonable discussions and collaborate. I don’t expect an appreciation post around every corner but it’s nice. Plus, if you don’t like the threads you see or think that they’re complaints, make up some threads that can bring discussions within the community. Expect positive, neutral, and negative… It’s not just these forums, it’s the whole world. You just have to focus on what makes you happy!
