For every guy that told me “Give them time… they are working on it”- You were fools.

For every dude that told me “You’re a fool for wasting your time… they don’t care” - It seems you were right.

I’ve done my best to hold my clan together for almost four months.

Four months of waiting for the playlist that got us all together in 2004 and carried us through almost a decade of good times.

4v4 = SNOOZE FEST

The one good part out of all this is the sheer argumentative statistics we’ll be able to rant about in a few years’ time.

Like a running back who’s about to break a league record halfway through the season, 343i is surely closing in on the console industry record for ultimate fan abuse record of all time and we aren’t even done yet. If they push the ‘missing playlist’ thing past 5 to 6 months, I think they will surely deserve a giant golden trophy for ‘Missed the point- An industry record fan letdown achievement award’.

The worst part is, it doesn’t even have to be this way. Waypoint has some of the most thoughtful, democratically arranged pools of feedback ideas I’ve ever seen. 343 HAS the capacity and talent to carry out any moderate selection of these constantly provided ideas. It takes balls and determination to filter everything through the grand design beer-goggles like this:

And still, so many of us sign on once a week, looking for the various things we’ve been wishing for since November, and always having to write about being let down.

Suggestion: Listen to fans, establish repairs and updates as requested, solve declining population. What that actually reads as is SAVE HALO 4.

I don’t need objective, just CTF and Slayer. Nothing else really played very well to me in BTB. I guess Assault too b/c it was basically reverse CTF. I’m still shocked we haven’t gotten any asymmetrical gametypes yet like 1 Flag, 1 Bomb, etc.

It’s odd. The 6v6 list for Crimson DLC gave voting options for both Slayer and Objective. I can’t understand why you can’t just Ctrl C, Ctrl V on that for BTB?

Even in COD the BTB list gives different gametype options and even when Team Deathmatch comes up it isn’t always voted for as it is boring.

There’s nothing like going clutch in the last 3 minutes of a game of MCTF, pulling the flag twice and securing a win. You don’t get that in Slayer.

With Ordinance and all that Infinity Crap in BTB Objective would be a nightmare. I don’t even want to think about how hard it would be moving a flag from one sig of Ragnarok to another when every other person has a power weapon and vehicles are made out of wet paper. As much as I loved BTB in Halo 2, 3 and mostly Reach Halo 4 BTB is a mess.

CTF and Assualt Matches were by far some of the best times I had playing BTB in past Halo’s I really wish they could bring it back.
