Allow the option to disable talking Spartans.

I just watched some Halo 5 beta game-play and I have to say that I find the Spartans calling stuff out and talking to be pretty annoying. I always liked how I felt like I was my own Spartan, not some random guy I happened to be controlling, these new talking Spartans make me feel like I’m not the one in charge, if that makes any sense.

I’m sure some people will actually like this, but I’m 100% positive I’ll hate it when I actually get to play the beta.

So, 343, please allow us to toggle whether or not our Spartans (and hopefully Elites) talk during game-play.

I like it it’s really helpful for knowing where the enemies are at

I think there already is an option. I’ve seen at least one entire Halo 5 match with no spartan chatter.

If so that will certainly make me happy. Like OP I am not a fan of that addition. I don’t like my multiplayer games to feel like my hand is being held.

I just heard on stream that currently there is no toggle. But the dev mentioned that if there is enough feedback on beta, then it is definitely an option.

hopefully only you team mates can here the chatter between another , but calling out power weapons defiantly needs to go . i dont mined the good kill or picking up br stuff
