Allow the ability to turn off crossplay!

Either disable cross play, or give the option to disable it. It is impossible to play with PC players. There are a lot of cheaters. They see through the wall, they shoot without missing. Why are you forcing Xbox players to play with them? For what? The PC platform itself is dishonest. PC users hack games, use macros, scripts, cheats. They have mice with default macros. I don’t want to play with them. If I see a player with 20 kills and 1 death, it’s a PC player. It is impossible to shoot him even together. Developers, you’ve made it so difficult to send complaints that it’s probably easier to process the paperwork for buying a house. You need to record a video / photo, then go to your site, then find the section you need, but it is not clear where. Then fill out the form, attach a video / photo and send. I see 4-5 people like that in 3 hours of play. If I write a complaint about each one, then when should I play? Cheaters go without punishment, because it takes so long to write complaints that no one wants to do it. If you give the opportunity to turn off my cross, none of the Xbox players will play from the PC. And let them play with each other with cheats, look through the walls and so on. Let them even jump on their heads. Don’t make us play with them !!! cross play is bad! It’s horrible!! No killcam why? I can’t see what the player saw when he killed me.

Sorry for being rude since this is your first post here, but:

Please use the search function.
There have already been enough discussions about this issue…

I say we start reporting every PC player for cheating. Flood MS’s inbox with reports, waste their time like they’re wasting our. Crossplay is a great option to have, but it should NEVER be forced. 343 knows this, and they’re punking Halo fans on purpose.

Sorry PC players, not your fault that 343 is trash.

Or you could just quit crying and plug a mouse and keyboard into your console and figure out for yourself just how “unfair” m&k is vs controller in this game lol.

What’s with the keyboard and mouse? this is about the platform. on PC cheats and macros. on consoles from no, everything. consoles separately, PC separately.

The problem is PC cheaters, not input device. But sure, if I want to play Halo with KB/Mouse I’ll do it from my PC.

For now, I’m just reporting every PC player for cheating. 343 can figure it out. They know the only solution is to make crossplay optional. Some idiot executive in a suit is the only thing stopping this fix.

is there any petition to stop crossplay in halo infinite? I would sign it with great pleasure.

I think you need to find more productive things to do with your time.

I think that your opinion is not interesting to me

I think that your opinion is not interesting to anyone.

How come Xbox players always come across more cheaters then PC players do?

I will say I did encounter one once about a month ago. Wasn’t a huge deal. I reported them and moved on.

They probably were playing on PC but it’s silly to blame an entire platform for a few bad eggs.

Imagine blaming an entire population because you had a bad experience with a few individuals. That’s never went badly before, right?

I’ve come across maybe two wall hackers and one aimboter since launch. But in terms of cheating I come across way more console players using Cronus or some other controller mod. Shooting 3 burst from a BR for every 1 normal. That’s about it though.

PC players are killing games. Will you argue? You’re probably the PC itself, and that’s arguing. Pubg was killed by PC cheaters, Warzone was killed by cheaters, COD mw 19 multiplayer was killed by cheaters and this is just the last one. Any game with multiplayer will be killed by PC cheaters if they are not separated from consoles. Are you saying you shouldn’t generalize? And for whom do manufacturers make cheats? For PC! Because there is a demand! Because the PC player always wants to cheat, he always wants to cheat.

Cheats cost $1, but Cronus and stuff like that cost a lot more. They are less available. And any schoolboy will buy cheats with the money that his mother gave him for lunch.

I highly doubt PC cheats cost $1. That seems very far fetched. The reason Cronus is hard to get is because they are super popular and always sold out. You can thank Warzone for that too.

Crossplay needs to go! (get the option to disable it) Especially consider the upcoming SWAT event.

However this wont happen, because 343i is too busy figuring out how they will tell us all the upoming delays for season 2, coop, forge,… I am so much looking forward hearing how “hard they are working” but still couldn’t manage because they were too busy counting their cat-ear-money.

Cronus costs from $100. Cheats don’t cost that much.

Doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. PC cheats obviously only work on PC. Cronus works on anything. So it’s a viable option for console players. It’s also not the only available controller mod so there are cheaper options available.

I have everything. Series X, OLED Switch, PS5 and PC. Do I count?

Children and incels cheat. They’re universal. Just some platforms are cheaper and have less risk to cheat on than others. Instead of blaming the hundreds of millions of PC players out there for cheating blame 343 for their -Yoink!- security.

If it was easier and less risky people would cheat on consoles more often. Xbox 360 is a prime example of this.
