“GG” has been used to say Good Game since Quake 1 lol. It takes literal 2 seconds to type out.
Sure, it should be there, why not? But gotta’ be real, I don’t wanna’ have to opt out of every single thing just to not be called slurs.
On the Controller it’s not as fast and your Spartan is lock in places making you a sitting duck when tiping.

I know Quake had text chat in 1996 ( forget if any FPS’s before that, Doom 1, 2 ect. had it ), what RPG’s and RTS were out there before that? or are you specifically meaning Halo games only?
