Allow Spartan abilities to be toggled

I wonder how this game would play if all Spartan abilities or some are disabled
this wouldn’t mean turn them all off permanently
just maybe some in some game types are in custom games just for more customization

I would hope this will be in customs settings somewhere.

Asked for this as well, I don’t use most of the abilities anyways, I would like to be able to crouch jump again.

This is a good idea. I hope 343 has a disable option for custom games and etcetera. This is a need.
