If you DC, for any reason you should be able to rejoin, a game crash, or internet cutting out, or some bug that requires a restart of the game should not prevent you from finishing the game, especially if your team would win with you in it, but put into a 3v4 they lose, and everyone gets punished.
Every good competitive gamemode has the ability to rejoin. Add this feature.
