taking everything in account I like banished leaders a lot more with the scarab and heros usually being better and especially the base fortifications. But my favourite leader is Serina. If serina was banished it would be a super op leader.
Covenant have A.I. just like the UNSC(in the books anyways), I always wondered why we never saw them. I do like banished though.
